Fence cleaning that makes old wood look like new.

Gray, weathered, moldy cedar or pine — most fences don't need replacing, they need cleaning. I lift the algae and gray layer to reveal the wood underneath, prepping it for sealing or leaving it naturally clean.

    The Process

    How it works

Straightforward. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch.

    01

    Wood Assessment

I check for rot, loose boards, and damaged sections so we know what's salvageable and what needs repair before cleaning starts.

    02

    Soft Wash or Low Pressure

Wood doesn't tolerate high pressure — it splinters. I use low-pressure application with a wood-safe detergent, letting chemistry do the work.

    03

    Rinse + Dry

Gentle rinse reveals the clean wood. If you're planning to stain or seal, I can schedule it to dry perfectly in time for your finisher.

    Why Sterling & Sterling

    One operator. Owner-run since 2018.

A lot of guys will blast a fence with 3000 PSI and leave it splintered. That's why DIY-washed fences rot faster. I use the right pressure and the right chemistry — which is why my fence jobs extend the wood's life instead of shortening it.
